Cairns Children’s Center is currently running at full capacity but are accepting children on our waitlist.  

If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren) on the waitlist for Preschool, Kindergarten or School-Age care, please ensure your home residence is located in the Parc La Salle School’s catchment area.

Once a space is available, we will contact you via email and or telephone to confirm that you wish to proceed with enrollment. A tour would be booked then, and registration documents will need to be completed prior to your child starting at the center. 

Preschool Program

• Preschool Program

  • For our 2024-25 enrollment, children must be born in 2020.

  • Monday to Friday from 7:00am - 6:00pm.

Kindergarten/School Age Program

• Before and After School

  • Ages 5-12 (Kindergarten to grade six)

  • Monday to Friday from 7:00 am-8:40 am and 3:15 pm-6:00 pm for children registered at Parc La Salle School (Kindergarten to grade four) and La Barriere Crossings School for grade 5 and 6.

  • Full day care is available during Inservice days and school breaks.
